Numbo is a party game where you guess what your friend guessed. Play it three ways: on your Apple TV with everyone on their phones, as a party on phones with no TV, or solo vs bots in the iPhone and iPad app.

How to play on Apple TV

Open Numbo on your Apple TV. A room code and QR code appear.
On each phone, scan the QR (or open numbotrivia.app/?room=CODE), pick a name + avatar, and tap Ready.
Want to play right now? Tap 🤖 Play with bots on your phone to fill the lobby, then tap Start game.
Each round, one player secretly locks in a number; everyone else guesses that number (not the real-world answer). Closest guesses score. Highest total at the end wins.

Party on phones (no TV)

In the Numbo app on iPhone or iPad, tap Party on phones and share the room code or link.
Friends join in the Numbo app or in any phone browser at numbotrivia.app/?room=CODE. Guests never pay.
Every phone shows the question, the guesses and the scores.

Numbo Premium

Solo vs bots is free, and a host gets one free party game a day. Numbo Premium is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited party games, Quick and Long games and Family mode. Buy it once and it works on your iPhone, iPad and Apple TV with the same Apple ID. If you bought Numbo before it became free, you already have Premium.

Restore Purchases: in the iPhone app, go to Settings or the Premium card on Home. On Apple TV, a purchase made with the same Apple ID shows up by itself; Restore Purchases is also on the Premium card in the lobby.
Refunds: purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Troubleshooting

Nothing happens on my phone. Make sure the phone has internet and that the room code on the phone matches the TV.
I want to play alone. Use Solo vs bots in the iPhone app, or tap Play with bots in a lobby, then Start.
"Room not found." Rooms end when a game is over or the host closes Numbo. Ask the host for the current code.
The TV says "Can't reach the game." Check the TV's internet connection and tap Try again.

Requirements

Apple TV: tvOS 17 or later. iPhone and iPad app: iOS 16 or later. Party games need an internet connection on every device; solo vs bots works offline.
