Numbo is a party trivia game built to collect as little as possible. This policy explains the limited data involved and your choices. If anything here is unclear, contact us at support@numbotrivia.app.
The Numbo apps for Apple TV, iPhone and iPad do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information about you. There are no accounts and no sign-in. Your display name, avatar, accessibility settings and today's free-game count are kept only on your own device. Solo games against bots run entirely on your device, even offline.
Party games run on our game server so every phone and TV in the room stays in sync. Players join by scanning the QR code, opening the room link in a phone browser, or entering the room code in the Numbo app. When you join, the display name and the avatar/colour you pick are sent to the game server only to run that live game and show you to the other players. This is transient game state: we do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to track you across other apps or websites.
Numbo Premium is a one-time in-app purchase sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment: we never see your payment details or your Apple ID. The app checks your purchase with Apple on your device. To run a party game, the game server is told only whether the host's room is Premium or Free (and, for a free room, how many free games are left today), never who you are.
numbotrivia.app counts page visits and link clicks as daily totals per link (for example, how many people opened a creator's link) so we can tell which links work. These are anonymous counts only: no cookies, no IP addresses, no device or user identifiers.
Numbo uses no advertising SDKs, no third-party analytics, no cross-app tracking, and no advertising identifiers (IDFA). We do not build a profile of you.
Numbo is family-friendly and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Because the apps hold no personal data and the service keeps none after a game ends, there is normally nothing to access, export, or delete on our side. To clear what the app keeps on your device, delete the app. For any privacy question, email support@numbotrivia.app.
